Had you asked me in advance if I ever would have fallen for such an obvious scam I would have said never. Not only did I consider myself reasonably cynical and capable of making reasoned judgments, I'd also heard years before that the failure rate in life insurance is enormously high. No way would I fall for such a scam.<br /><br />What I never realized is that the insurance managers are <i>extremely</i> persuasive. Do you like your job, and want to stay there until retirement? Spend five minutes listening to an insurance recruiter and I 100% guarantee that you will HATE your job and will be eager to ditch it in favor of peddling life insurance.
